Now is the time to join the Damage Fee Waiver Program - Our Damage Waiver Monthly fee is $13 per month it waives the $3,000 deductible if you are in an accident or incident. This is a monthly fee and will be due regardless of your vehicle usage. By maintaining continued coverage, you can ensure that you're always protected when you need it most. ACCOUNT INACTIVE? - follow these steps to make a payment AND assign a new credit card - you MUST have a card on file for payment:

• Log in to your account > Navigate to Menu or System > Desktop Site > My Account > Settings > Invoicing > Enter your new card information > Click on Add New Credit Card

Received "Not Authorized"? If you receive the message you are "not authorized" to make a booking - you are on the admin on a Household or Organization Account and not the driver.

• If you are the first Driver on your account login with a :01 after your Member Number (e.g. 1234**:01**). If you are the second, or third, etc. driver and your login is 1234:02, 1234:03 and so on.
